Responsibilities for Financial Analyst

 

  • Understand clients’ financial needs.
  • Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, financial objectives and goals, tax status, and risk tolerance
  • Regularly review clients’ bank and other accounts and analyze their financial data to understand if life or economic changes are necessary to reach their financial goals.
  • Preparing or interpreting financial Dashboards using Data Visualisation tools, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients.
  • Manage and regularly update clients’ portfolios.
  • Continuous communication with clients to stay up to date with their financial status
  • Perform Direct and Indirect tax compliance & Audits
  • Internal Audits and Due Diligence
  • Preparation of DPR, TEV, and CMA reports
  • Advise on other regulatory compliances.

 

Qualifications for Financial Analyst

  • Master's degree in Business with Finance, Accounting, or related field specialization. Students from IIM would be preferred.
  • Students from CA Backgrounds with experience in data analytics would be strongly favored.
  • 0.5-2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, Python, and Data Visualization Tools.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
  • Our CTC Offering is between 8-10 LPA for this position. 

 

 

Hiring Process:

Stage 1: Profile Shortlisting will begin immediately and selected candidates will receive a call from our HR Manager for a short interview regarding your application.

Stage 2: Telephonic interview with the Director of the firm. The interview will be Technical and will assess the work experience of the candidate

Stage 3: After the further evaluation is finalized candidates will be called to the office for the Last round of Interviews. Negotiation of the offer will be immediately after it.

Stage 4: We get the negotiated deal on paper and send out the offer letter.
